
Premier Healthcare Services is here to serve you as a family member or consumer of the Regional Center.
We have provided the following information to assist you with understanding the process for receiving reimbursement for you serives.
Upon receiving notification of authorization from your Regional Center, we will mail you an application for your family member’s care provider. Please have your care provider complete the enclosed forms and return them to our office as soon as possible. We have provided a self addressed envelope for your convenience. Once we have received these forms back in our office we will process the application. This process usually takes 7-10 days. Once the application has been processed we will send a welcome packet directly to your care provider which will contain payroll instructions and timecards.
We provide four convenient methods to request additional timecards:

Premier will offer free CPR classes for care providers and family members of our clients every third Saturday of the month. Please contact us with any questions.
We will also conduct bi-weekly orientations for care providers here in our office. You are also welcome to attend. The orientation schedule will be included in the welcome packet sent to your care provider. Please return application with the proper postage of .63 cents.
Your care provider will be paid on the following schedule:
